DATAZIONE: pieve originaria al X secolo
DESCRIZIONE: L'antica Pieve venne eretta in propositura nel 1519 e divenne sede vescovile nel 1726. Dell'epoca romanica rimangono solo pochi elementi poichè questo edificio è stato oggetto di numerosi e lunghi interventi. Il prospetto medievale venne rivestito nel 1895 con una facciata neorinascimentale, opera dell'architetto Castellucci. L'interno, risalente alla fine del Seicento, presenta importanti cappelle laterali ed una copertura con volte a vela. Il campanile presenta una struttura compatta alla base e si arricchisce di aperture mano a mano che si innalza, fino a concludersi con ampie trifore. Sulla cima è stato realizzato un cupolino progettato nella seconda metà del Settecento da Mons. Donato Maria Arcangeli, architetto dilettante.

DESCRIPTION: The old parish church was built in 1519 and became the seat of the bishop in 1726. A few elements remain of the Romanesque period because of the numerous reconstructions.
The neo-Renaissance building was covered with a neo-Renaissance facade by the architect Castellucci.
At the end of the seventeenth century, the part inside has important side chapels and a cover with vaults.
The bell tower has a compact structure at the base and is enriched with openings, as it rises, until closing with large trifores.
A small Dome was designed on top in the second half of the eighteenth century by Monsignor Donato Maria Arcangeli, amateur architect.

DESCRIPTION: L'ancienne église a été érigée dans le presbytère en 1519 et elle est devenue siège de l'évêque en 1726. De l'époque romantique il n'y a que quelques éléments parce que ce bâtiment a été l'objet de nombreux et étendus travaux. Le prospectus médiéval a été revêtue en 1895 avec une façade néo-Renaissance par l'architecte Castellucci. L'intérieur, datant de la fin du XVIIe siècle, a des chapelles latérales importantes et un couvercle avec des voûtes. Le clocher a une structure compacte à la base et il est enrichi d’ ouvertures avec l'augmentation, jusqu'à se conclure avec de grandes trifores. Sur le dessus un dôme a été construit et conçu dans la seconde moitié du XVIIIe siècle par Monseigneur Donato Maria Arcangeli, architecte amateur.
